How to Send Secure Messages

Messages work as a general inbox from the home dashboard, patients overview or program section. You can send and receive messages directly from your Auxita account to Patient Support Programs.

You can send and receive messages directly from your Auxita account to Patient Support Programs that support secure messaging.

 Send a Message 

  1. Navigate to messages from either the right-hand side of the home dashboard, from the programs section or the patient overview area. 
  2. Click ‘New Message’

  3. Once the patient is selected, the program and drug associated to the program will populate.
  4. Use the ‘Insert Form Link’ to insert the form as a PDF version to the Message section (if applicable).

  5. Fill in the ‘Subject’ and ‘Message’ and click ‘Send’.

NOTE The patient and program information will populate if you select messages from the patient's overview. 

NOTE The message section is available under patients/programs.
